2. Subject

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the terms and conditions for reservations and stays at the Hôtel Harys.

Any reservation implies the customer's full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Reservations

Reservations can be made directly online at: www.hotelharys.com

Customers select their dates, type of room and any options, then confirm their reservation after checking the summary.

Confirmation is sent by email after validation.

4. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but exclusive of tourist tax.

Tourist tax must be paid on site during your stay.

The prices applicable are those in force at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Depending on the price selected:

• Reservation guaranteed by credit card (imprint without immediate debit),
• or full or partial prepayment at the time of booking.

Specific conditions are specified at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and amendment conditions

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the fare chosen.

They are indicated at the time of booking and reiterated in the confirmation email.

7. No-show

In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, the first night may be charged in accordance with the conditions of the rate booked.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

9. Conditions of stay

• Check-in: from 3pm
• Check-out: until 11am

Customers are required to respect the rules of the establishment.

10. Pets

Pets are allowed on the premises.

A supplement of €9 per night may apply.

11. Liability

Hôtel Harys makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on its website and the smooth operation of its services. However, it cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions or for the temporary unavailability of the site, particularly in the event of maintenance or force majeure.

The customer is solely responsible for the information provided when making a reservation and undertakes to guarantee its accuracy.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused within the establishment and may be billed for any necessary repairs.

12. Personal data & intellectual property

Personal data collected in connection with bookings is processed in accordance with current regulations.

For more information on data collection and processing, customers are invited to consult the privacy policy available on the site.

All content on the www.hotelharys.com website (text, images, visuals, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

13. Disputes

These GCS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the establishment as a matter of priority in order to seek an amicable solution.

If no agreement can be reached, the customer may have free recourse to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman:

In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with common law.
